Clever Age is a consulting firm, training and realization IT, specializing in omnichannel digital projects. Thanks to his "Consulting to Delivery" approach, he intervenes on the entire value chain, from strategy to technical production. Before ERP Alibeez, Clever Age used a constellation of disparate tools with weak integrations and without unified vision, generating:

Despite the use of Clever CRA, Odoo and Cleemy as a base, their functional limits and their lack of interoperability made the whole difficult to keep. Group growth accentuated these constraints, highlighting the need for structural change. The management team wanted to have more precise analytical follow -up by companies, agencies and by BU, in order to rationalize the entire information system. The objective was to find the effective tool to sustainably support group growth. With a multi-continental presence and sustained growth, Clever Age needed an ERP for ESN capable of adapting to the complexity of its activities and its geographic specificities.

Clever Age chose Alibeez for its complete business functions, its modularity, and its ability to adapt to service companies operating in several geographic areas. The software was deployed to replace Clever Cra, Odoo and Cleemy in France, then extended to Canada, Vietnam, Singapore and Hong Kong.

Concrete results: Boost of productivity and acceleration of invoicing

Alibeez’s adoption has resulted in measurable gains in business processes. Clever AGE was aimed at unifying data in a reference tool, then automating interactions with its third -party tools as much as possible. A skills base was completed in Alibeez, and a connection to Pickyourskills has been set up.
In addition, a centralized BI has been implemented in order to facilitate the reading and analysis of the data from a consolidated view. The development of webhooks and APIs has also made it possible to automate many processes with third -party tools, thus improving the overall efficiency of the information system.

An operational deployment controlled in 4 months
